Passion for taste since
Dino Dodi and his wife Luisa move to Felino where they buy a deli meat
plant undergoing liquidation.
Dino builds the first part of the plant adding a production room and two
floors of maturation rooms (after huge efforts, with a lift).
Construction of the first stand alone building connected to the old plant via a tunnel.
An underground cellar is built under the yard and dedicated to the maturation of Culatello.
The current office areas and maturation rooms are built.
Inauguration of the new plant in Collecchio with an area dedicated to “Oasis of Taste”.
