Gourmet baked Ham Flake well represents the philosophy of the line: a product that maintains its softness thanks to slow steaming. The usage of the best raw materials and the craftsmanship are supported by constant research at the level of the production process, aimed at improving the product also from a nutritional point of view (the nutritional values of this product prove this attempt). The selection of excellent meat of exclusively Italian origin allows us to reduce the amount of salt used.
