Our "Siamo cotti per te!" Pulled Pork is made from high quality Italian meat sprinkled with a mix of spices and flovourings, then cooked in a steam oven for a long time.

We suggest you to keep and use the sauce inside the package so as to add it in quantities to taste during the pulling phase or as a topping for the roast.
You can also add some BBQ sauce to get the best taste.

Ideal to be used for stuffing sandwiches or piadina if pulled, our "Siamo cotti per te!" Pulled Pork can also be sliced and served as a delicate roast.
